X pre-launch audience sprint
Build your launch audience with us
You build the product. We build the room it launches into. The sprint covers the three jobs that decide an AI launch on X: the founder account, the threads and the AI creators.
Three tracks
What the sprint covers
Founder account setup
Profile, header, pinned post and a voice guide written with you. We find the accounts your buyers read and build your daily reply list.
Thread plan
A thread calendar from now to launch day. We outline, you add the real stories, we edit. Origin story, how it works, lessons, waitlist, launch.
AI creator warmup
We pick the AI creators whose audience matches your buyer, start real conversations early, and line up who posts on launch day with what angle.
How a sprint runs
Six weeks, roughly
- 01
Week 1
Teardown, voice guide, profile rebuild, reply list, first thread outlined.
- 02
Weeks 2 to 4
Two threads a week, daily reply blocks, build in public rhythm, AI creator list built and first conversations started.
- 03
Weeks 5 to 6
Waitlist thread, early access for AI creators, launch angle tested on smaller posts.
- 04
Launch week
Launch kit sent to AI creators, launch thread finished, replies and timing planned hour by hour.
Good fit
- AI product that works, launch one to six months away
- Founder willing to post under their own name
- Buyers who spend time on X (developers, builders, operators, AI creators)
Not a fit
- You want followers bought or traded
- You want someone to post as you without your input
- Your buyers are not on X at all
Want to run it yourself? Everything we do is in the plays and the calendar.
Questions founders ask
Who writes the posts?
You do the talking, we do the shaping. We outline, draft and edit with you, but the stories and opinions are yours. Ghost posting in a founder voice that is not the founder is how accounts go stale.
How long is the sprint?
Most sprints run six weeks before launch. Longer if you are further out, shorter if your date is close and the account already has some life in it.
Do you pay AI creators?
Warmup is about real relationships, not paid posts. If paid placements make sense for your launch, we say so openly and they are always disclosed.
What does it cost?
It depends on the runway and how much we run for you. We scope it after the free teardown, so you know exactly what you get before deciding.
What if we already have an audience?
Then the sprint leans on threads and AI creators and skips most of the setup. The teardown tells us which.
